Returns

- You have same day from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
- Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, personalized items, and items on sale.
- Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at contact@yusrabasket.co.uk with your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
- Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- Refund:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

- Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@yusrabasket.com.
